An attorney turned alchemist, bestselling author, entrepreneur, and speaker, Dawn Fleming has never been afraid to change course. After overcoming financial devastation, she and her husband, Tom, sold nearly everything they owned, sailed through the Panama Canal, and created a life of freedom and purpose in Mexico. Today, they call Lake Chapala home.
Originally from Minnesota, Dawn built successful careers in real estate, law, entrepreneurship, and business coaching. As a California attorney, she specialized in international business transactions. For more than two decades, she has mentored thousands of entrepreneurs as they built thriving businesses—and lives they loved.
Today, as the founder of Boldest Years, Dawn helps accomplished women move beyond drift and intentionally design their next chapter with clarity, purpose, and intention. Dawn Fleming has literally been there and done that, and is now living her very best life. She's the Founder of Life in Paradise, a global coaching and consulting company that inspires others to uncover their dreams and turn them into reality just like she did. Her Midlife in Paradise YouTube channel shares success stories, tips and practical advice for those who want to redefine retirement.
Dawn and Tom began their dream life in 2010 when they sailed from California to Florida through the Panama Canal after financial devastation, and later relocated to Isla Mujeres, Mexico. Originally from Minnesota, Dawn began her career in real estate with success in many facets of the industry. She graduated from Western State University College of Law and specialized in international business transactions as a licensed California attorney.
She found her calling for two decades as a mentor to thousands of entrepreneurs, coaching them through the growth of their home-based businesses, before helping other professionals with midlife resets and redefining retirement to make the rest of their life, the best of their life!
